Raw Bamboo Sawer	Cutting the bamboo into certain length
Bamboo Splitting Machine	Split the bamboo into strips.
Fixed Width Slicer	1. Knot removing (inside & outside) 2. Setting the width/thickness of the bamboo strip. 3. Separate the green layer from yellow layer.
Small Layering Machine	When the bamboo strip size is very thick after coming out from the machine MZP-3 fixed width slicer, if you wish to make small size Bamboo sticks, you should layer the thicker strip into 2 pcs.
Bamboo Wool Slicer	Making the strip into bamboo sticks.
Precise Cutting Machine	Cutting the bamboo stick into toothpick length size.
Toothpick Polishing Machine	Making the surface of the bamboo stick into smooth.
Toothpick Sharpening Machine	We have two type of toothpick sharpening machine, one is for single-pointed toothpick sharpening. One is for double-pointed sharpening. When you order this machine, pls kindly indicate.
